Obituary of Jack William Stephen

Jack Wm Stephen, 81 went home to be with the Lord on May 15, 2017. Born in Akron, Jack retired from the appliance  business after 30+ years. He formerly attended the Chapel in Green. Jack was an avid sports fan and enjoyed co-chairing the Heritage South Annual Golf Outing and met often with his former classmates from South High School. Our Dad never met a stranger. He had the best sense of humor and loved bragging about his family. Preceded in death by his daughter, Karen Stephen, mother, Harriett Drope Stephen, father and step-mother Frank Wm and Eleanor Stephen, half brother Bill Stephen, his three sisters, Janet, Susan and Sherrie and his little buddy dog Peedee. He is survived by and will be missed by his daughter, Rhonda Stephen Kapper; sons, Jack (Rhonda) and John (Laurie) Stephen; his beautiful caring, loving friend, Georgia Dameworth; grandchildren, Bonnie (Jim) Kodes, Samantha Kapper, Cameron Stephen, Heather (Mike) Kidd and Jena and Brook Stephen; great-grandchildren, Jimi, Monroe, Brayden, Lukas and Harper. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his Life will be held on Tuesday May 23rd from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Rd. (corner of Steese and Massillon Rd.-entrance off of Steese Rd.) Uniontown, Ohio 44685.
