cousins , i am sorry for the loss of your father. uncle jack was always a great and fun uncle. the memory that i will never forget is when uncle jack took john and myself fishing in portage lakes when we were probably 9 or 10 . after uncle jack and his friends caught a lot of fish, filleted them and fried them. uncle jack cut the fish tails off and fried them in the same oil as the fish. uncle jack said they taste just like potato chips and he was right. i tell all my fishing buddies about frying fish tails.
