To the Gonis Family: Please except my sincere condolences at the death of your father and papouli, John. During the fifties and sixties, John and I lived around the corner from each other and my parents Nick and Katherine were friends of Frank and Mary. We spent any number of nights tooling around Akron in the Gonis Mercury sedan (John at the wheel--he loved to drive) meeting and greeting mutual friends. Our attendance at the Sons of Pericles parties at the old AHEPA lodge on Highland Square brings back many fond memories. I am sorry I couldn't be at the funeral home or the service, but I will remember him. God rest his soul. Dean
