Obituary of Barbara (Bobbie) Allen Steffee

Barbara (Bobbie) Steffee, 73, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Akron General Medical Center. Barbara was born June 6, 1946 to William and Ollie (Elza) Combs in Elkins, WV and had been an area resident most of her life. She was a 1964 graduate of Kenmore High School and been employed by Akron Children's Hospital for 22 years. She was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Barbara is survived by her husband of 37 years, Daniel; children Heath (Karen) Dorion MD, Rhonda (Michael) Spada, Rebecca Steffee and Andrea Steffee; her grandchildren, the lights of her life, Emily Spada, Haley Dorion, Hayden Dorion, Rachel Spada, Hunter Dorion, Natalie Spada and Kyanna Steffee; siblings Bill (Sharon) Combs, Susie (Larry) Wilson, Diana Soccorsi and Rick Combs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings Tony Mullinex, Judy Phares, John Combs and Dennis Combs; and many nieces and nephews. The family is grateful to Alter Care of the Western Reserve for their kindness and care of Barbara. The family will receive friends Friday, July 19,2019 from 5 to 8 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Road, Uniontown OH (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads in Green, entrance off Steese Rd). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 10:30 am at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd. Uniontown OH 44685.
