Mr. Welch was my General Business teacher in 1978 at Kenmore HS. I really enjoyed his class! I actually became a business teacher myself -- I always felt that what he taught us was among some of the most useful info we learned in HS. If I remember correctly, he had an old Thunderbird car that he loved. Hope my memory serves me right on that one! Blessings to Mr. Welch and his loved ones.
