Lida was a special childhood friend and vital presence to all the gang on Center Street. She was a favorite babysitter, role model, and bright light. I was always happier for having heard her laugh and lucky enough to cross her path again as an adult, decades later. A big heart that will always be remembered with a smile of gratitude. Carry on, Lida, in your new sphere!
