Obituary of Donald Lloyd Lee

Donald Lloyd Lee, 59, passed away on February 11, 2019 at the Louis Stokes VA Hospital in Cleveland. Born July 18, 1959 in Akron to the late Lester & Dorothy Lee, Don had been a lifetime Akron resident. He served his country in the US Army from 1977 to 1982. Don worked as a cook and as a long distance truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, building models, cooking, and talking with family & friends. In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his brother Lester. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Susan; sons Donald Jr. (Kristina), Michael (Megan), & John (Kelly) Lee; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; brother Robert E. Lee; sister Nancy Weyrick. The family will receive friends on Monday, 5-7 pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron, where a funeral service will take place at 7 pm. A private interment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
