Obituary of Fedelia Sue Chrapko

Fedelia Sue Chrapko, 69 passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 surrounded by beloved family. She was born in Beckley, West Virginia and had been employed by the Board of Elections. She was a member of Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, St. Paul Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Ancient Order of Hibernians, Turkeyfoot Sportsman's Club, Akron Yacht Club and South Akron Orioles Social Club. She enjoyed gardening and boating, liked to fish and play golf and was a Browns and Cavs Fan. Fedelia was preceded in death by her parents, John and Frieda (Buckland) Black; daughter, Andrea Lynn Chrapko; and father-in-law, Theodore Chrapko. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Wesley Chrapko; son and daughter-in-law, Theodore John and Sandy Chrapko; mother-in-law, Anna Chrapko; siblings, Bonita Passarelli, Jeanetta Wilborn and Diane (Fred) Couts; in laws, Helen and Tim Jett, Geri Burns, Linda Hickman and Lori (Brian) Kenyon; grandchildren, Serenity and Theodore, Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, friends and family. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 10 a.m. at Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1866 Brown St. Akron, Ohio 44301. Fr. Vsevolod Shevchuk officiating. Private interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, 4 to 7 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301 where a Parastas service will be held at 6:30 p.m. (Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, Akron)
