Obituary of Floyd Raymond Harbarger

Floyd Raymond Harbarger, Jr., 68 passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019. He was born in Lowell, Massachusetts and came to the Akron area in 1964. He was a C & C machinist for over 30 years retiring from Goodyear Aerospace. The oldest of 5 boys, Floyd loved to hunt, fish, play golf and shoot pool. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Claire; wife, Nancy (divorced); son, Stephen (Vada); daughter, Jennifer Harbarger; brothers, David, Robert (Arlene), Lee (Beverly) and Dennis; and grandchildren, Paige and Jacob Harbarger and Jack, John and Joseph Lancia. The family will receive friends for a memorial gathering on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301.
