Obituary of Nick John Bobich

Nick John Bobich, Jr. passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 in Massillon. Nick was born in Akron August 26, 1946 to the late Nick & Ilene Bobich and was a lifelong area resident. He served in the Navy during Vietnam and returned to work as a machinist for Goodyear for 39 years. Nick was a member of Canal Fulton United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, Nick was preceded in death by his brother Terry. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cheryl (Skinner); daughters Michelle Bobich, Jennifer (Todd) Hart and Cindy O'Neal; grandchildren Kyle O'Neal and Sabrina Hart; and sister Donna (Ron) Bogard. Funeral services will be celebrated Wednesday, January 24 at 12Noon at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green, 4178 Massillon Rd., Uniontown OH 44685 (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads in Green, entrance off Steese Rd.), where the family will receive friends for one hour prior, beginning at 11AM. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canal Fulton UMC, 363 Cherry St W, Canal Fulton, OH 44614.
