Obituary of Bryson Francis Twigg

Cuyahoga Falls - Bryson (Jack) Twigg, Sr., 83, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Akron City Hospital. Jack was born July 18, 1934 to James and Elizabeth (Keller) Twigg in Tallmadge and had been an area resident his entire life. He was employed as a Field Specialist by IBM for 35 years retiring in 1985. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, enjoyed golf and was an accomplished piano player. He was a veteran of the US Airforce. Jack is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years Pauline (Muzi); sons Bryson (Jack) Twigg, Jr. and David Twigg; grandchildren Angela (Scott) Creek and Bryan (Thelma) Twigg; great grandchildren Zachary, Mason, Colin, Marisa, Joshua and Dominic. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter Kristine Twigg and brothers John, James, Bill and Joseph Twigg. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home McGowan-Reid and Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave (on the corner of Third and Stow Ave., one block north of Portage Trail) where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
