Obituary of Jeong-Suk Sohn-Slingluff
-GREEN Jeong-Suk Sohn-Slingluff, 51, passed away unexpectedly after a short illness. Born in South Korea on December 3, 1965, Jeong-Suk came to the US nearly 20 years ago, to 'conquer the world', which she did in many ways. Jeong-Suk was a proud American citizen. She earned a Bachelors in Accounting at Florida Atlantic University, earned her CPA & CFE, CGMA Certificates, and then went on to have a successful career in auditing. Her career took her to many places around the world. Jeong-Suk was a devout buddhist and was a devoted member of Soka Gakkai (SGI-USA) Buddhism. Jeong-Suk is survived by her devoted husband Mark Slingluff and beloved daughter Bella; She is also survived by siblings and other family members still residing in South Korea, along with many other friends & loved ones here in the US. The family will receive friends on Friday, 5-7 pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green 4178 Massillon Rd. (at the corner of Steese and Massillon Rd's., entrance off of Steese), where a traditional buddhist Ceremony and a Celebration of Life will be held at 7 pm. All are welcome.
