Daniel Tuma

Obituary of Daniel A. Tuma

Daniel A. Tuma, 78 passed away Monday, February 20, 2017. He was born in Cleveland and was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Daniel enjoyed crafts and listening to music. He could memorize songs. His favorite song was “Danny Boy.” Dan's life was a testimony to the dignity and value of each human person, no matter their abilities. Although limited in his verbal communication, Dan had a lot of personality, a great sense of humor, and a boisterous and unforgettable laugh. Dan was very good at carrying a tune and had a large repertoire of songs that he would sing in his unique style and wording. Dan made an impact on very many lives and was loved by all who knew him. He was a precious soul, a simple child of God, and our lives are greatly enriched having known and loved him. We cherish many happy memories and funny stories and will deeply miss our Danny Boy. May the angels lead you to paradise, where you are now free of all afflictions and able to fully enter into the love of Jesus and joy of heaven! We love you, Danny---a whole bunch!! He was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Christine Tuma. He is survived by brothers, Tom (Lory), Frank and Christopher (Mary Beth) Tuma; cousin, Robert Tuma; dear friends, Jim and Lori Gutbrod and Family; and many nieces and nephews.
