Obituary of Robert Glenn Goff
Kernersville, NC – Robert Glenn Goff went peacefully to be with the Lord on January 21, 2017 from his home in Kernersville, NC. He was born on July 31, 1947 in Tunnelton, PA to Sudie and Glenn Goff.
Robert was a proud UAW member for 30 years at the Ford’s Walton Hills Stamping Plant before retiring as a Tool and Die Maker in 1998. He owned Southern Style Used Cars in Tallmadge, Ohio and ACM Auto Sales in Kernersville, NC. He enjoyed bowling, baseball, fishing, racing stock cars, and wrenching on anything he could put his hands on. He strived and succeeded to provide a good life for his family.
Robert was preceded in death by parents, Sudie and Glenn Goff; and sister, Phyllis Goff. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Theresa (Terri); children, Christine (Greg) Davis, Debbi (Todd) Ridenour, and Brian (Jenell) Goff; sister, Brenda Durkin; grandchildren, Taylor, Kyle, Katie, Keith, Frankie, Hannah, Jacob, and Clayton; and nieces and nephews, Nicole, Steven, Derek, Cristie, Stacey, Kelley, and Shane.
Friends may call on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 11a.m. until 2p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301.
