Obituary of Daniel Steven Zuravel

Daniel Steven Zuravel, 61, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at the Visiting Nurse Service Hospice Care Center in Copley Township, Ohio. He was born in Akron, Ohio and was self-employed in the construction business. Daniel was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and was a conscientious worker. He enjoyed old cars and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Ursula (Hastler) Zuravel; nephews, Jonathan Zuravel and Johnny Kreptowski; and sister Jeanette Zuravel. He is survived by his children, Carey (Andrew) Fornal and Chris Zuravel; siblings, Paul (Laurie) Zuravel, Laura (John) Miller, Joe (Jennifer) Zuravel, James Zuravel, Christina (John) Kreptowski and Julie (Louis) Natoli; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301 where a Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Fr. Daniel Reed officiating. Entombment of cremains will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron, Ohio.
