Dear Leary family, this morning at breakfast one of our sisters came to me and said that Mary had died and I was deeply moved, happy for Mary but sad for us who knew her here.On behalf of all the sisters here at the Elms, our deepest sympathy on the passing on to greener pastures of your loving mother. Rosemarie would bring Mary over for mass to Our Lady of the Elms Chapel regularly. It was always a pleasure to see them both here. I and some of the other sisters would stop to greet them. I, as an extraordinary minister of the eucharist would bring communion to the two of them. It was always a joy to be so privileged to distribute communion to them. In that corner in the back of chapel, I would see them from sitting on the other side. I admired their commitment to being so faithful in coming to be with Jesus and God in our sacred space.For such a wonderful and committed daughter to bring Mary. I will miss seeing them terribly! Rosemarie just know that you will be always welcomed at Our Lady of the Elms, so do not be a stranger for this would be home for you too! Peace, joy, love, Alicia
