I will miss my dear neighbor. Many hours were spent visiting on the Kulick porch, hearing of stories of long ago, or discussing the current political climate. I often told friends about my neighbor, who didn't wear glasses or a hearing aid, and had a very sharp mind. He put up with my children, as well as many other neighborhood kids running through his yard, and he never complained. When I would take him some sweets, or some homemade soup, he always felt that he had to repay me with a bottle of wine. What a great man he was! Dear Mike, the neighborhood won't be the same without you.
