Obituary of Donna Talevski

Donna Talevski, born January 21, 1928, passed away Friday, November 13. Donna was born in Metimir, Macedonia and came to the US in 1963, and has been an Akron resident since then. She was a member of St. Nikola Macedonian Orthodox Church. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived and will be dearly missed by her husband Paul (Pande) of 68 years; son and daughter-in-law Mike & Dijana Talevski of Akron; daughters Vera (Goce) Tanev of Columbus, OH & Ruza (Ilija) Petrovski of Macedonia; grandchildren Ted & David Talevski, Mike (Bojana) Talev, Angie Tanev, Sandy (Justin) Geminden, Melissa (Eric) Sagle, Anthony Tanev; 5 great-grandchildren, as well as many other nieces, nephews, and family members in the US, Canada, Australia, & Macedonia. The family will receive friends on Monday, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home of Green 4178 Massillon Rd. (at the traffic circle at Rte. 241 & Steese Rd. in Green), where a Parastas will take place at 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, 11 am, at St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church on Pickle Rd. in Springfield Twp., where Donna will lie in state for one hour prior to the service.
