Obituary of Irma Pearl Carpenter

Irma Pearl Carpenter, 68, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at her home. Born on July 7, 1947 to the late John & Pearl Carpenter in Akron, Irma was lifelong area resident. She worked for Eastern Central Motor for 24 years and for the Portage Lakes Career Center for 17 years. Irma was a member of Greensburg Church of God. In addition to her parents, Irma was preceded in death by her brother James Carpenter. Irma is survived by her sister Ann Marie Carpenter; nieces Jessica Comeau & Jennifer Davis; great-nephew Matthew Roberts; sister-in-law Lori Carpenter; &uncle Earl Boggs. Funeral services will be held Friday, 12:00PM at the Anthony & Son Funeral Home, 4178 Massillon Rd, in Green (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads, entrance off of Steese) where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the time of service.
