You have become a trusted friend over the years and after reading about your dad, you are certainly a chip off the proverbial "Old Block."
I offer my thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this time. I have experienced this loss many years ago and it is something that I think about daily. I just remember the good times and when i go back to Iowa to visit family i enjoy my dad's friends telling me that I look just like him. They also tell me that some day I might be as smart as they remember him to be.
Take the time that you need and when you return if you ever want to chat I always available.
