Her family is comforted in knowing that Patricia is free of this disease and is at peace with our Lord. Patricia was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania and grew up in Akron, Ohio. She raised her family and lived in Copley, Ohio until she retired from Marsh and McLennan Insurance Company after 26 years of service. With her husband Donald, she relocated to sunny Florida to enjoy her retirement years. Patricia and Donald enjoyed traveling around the 48 states with their camper and Harley in tow. They spent many hours touring on their Harley Davidson. Donald was a member of the Greater Akron Motorcycle Club and Patricia welcomed many of those members into her home. Family was extremely important to Patricia. She was known for giving the best hugs ever. As a Mom and Grandma, she was always there to lend a helping hand whether it was spending time with the kids, helping to clean, preparing a meal or fixing a special breakfast with her Grandchildren. Patrica was an avid reader and enjoyed working on her many cross stitch and crocheting projects and puzzle building. She was a talented artist and enjoyed tole painting. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary (Soloninka) Zidick; husband, Donald Ward in 2006; brother, Clement Zidick; and sister, Nancy Baltic.
