Obituary of Joseph Babak

Joseph Babak, 63, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014. He was born in Akron and was a Realtor with Stouffer Realty. Mr. Babak was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph, Sr. and Elizabeth Babak. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Nanette; son, Timothy; daughter, Kelly (Shaun) Williams; siblings, Cathy (Terry) Hunt, Joanne (Rod) Carmer, Pat Babak, Diane (Jim) Nicholson, John (Patricia) Babak, Kenneth Babak and Beth (Buck) Mosley; and grandchildren, Kiley and Carter Babak and Kristian, Jordan and Shaun Williams. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 6:30 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301 where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1690 W. Market St. Akron, Ohio 44313.
