Nanette & family: My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Although I did not know Joe for a very long time, he was a very kind and thoughtful person and he will be greatly missed. You have all been blessed with his presence and I know you will carry him in your hearts always. My very deep condolences. Donna Waggoner
