I'm so sorry I can't be in town to attend Aunt Dorothy's funeral. Myself, Chris and our girls have such fond memories of Aunt Dorothy; it's best we remember her that way. She was always so happy to have visitors and would always try to give you something before you left - a pen, a tissue pack, whatever she had handy. Almost her way of saying thank you for coming when, in fact, we were thankful for her time - sharing stories, memories and tid bits about recipes or something she read in the paper. She loved her family, her church and her hometown of Akron. She had many great friends there, I think more than me and I'm decades younger! But it's easy to know why; she was a genuine, caring person. I'm forever grateful for the time we had with her and for the memories my family will always hold dear. With deepest sympathy, Chris, Suzi, Marisa and Mallory

To the Family of Dorothy Adams, I offer deepest sympathy in the death of your beloved Aunt Dorothy. I worked, bowled and golfed with Dorothy at General Tire in Akron for many years and always found her to be a wonderful person. She loved God and her family, and loved life. May God bless you all as you grieve her loss and await the time when you'll see her again in Glory.
