To the Hicks Family: We were so sorry to learn about Rick. He and our Dad had a very special relationship with regard to the love of the outdoors, hunting, and target practicing. He was a very kind man and no doubt you are very pround to have been a part of his life. Please accept our deepest sympathies and know that we will be thinking about your loss. I am so deeply saddened to hear the news. Words at such a time......... What does one say to give comfort..... He has always been dear to me, in many ways, over the years. I have always admired how wonderful he was to others. His attitude and fortitude, was truly inspirational. May his kind spirit, gentle nature, and unwavering integrity live on, in the many lives he has touched so dearly. May we all find peace in knowing how much he loved his family and in how much they love him. And, may time and fond memories, bring peace and comfort, to all those who mourn his passing. My life is better for knowing him… I will miss his smiling face, and I will carry him in my heart, always... Rest in peace dear friend, Uncle Rick. Terry & Gene
