Bill was a special friend/coach and person. You could always count on him to have a smile on his face when you seen him. He was an integral part of the coaching staff for the GBYF program and he will be greatly missed. Bill had a positive and lasting affect on the youth of Green through his coaching and that is a special gift that he shared. I will greatly miss our talks before and after the youth football games in regards to football, kids, family and life in general. We love you Bill.

Dear Kathy and family, we are so saddened to learn of Bill's passing. I know this will be a great loss to your family, it was very obvious how much his family meant to him. I knew him from the pool at CCS and he was just a wonderful dad. Know that we are thinking of you at this time.

To the family and friends of Spaidy. We have lost a wonderful person. Some of the memories I will always hold nearest to me were the times I spent at Kent St. with Bill and all the boys. He will forever be part of me and my memories. I know if any of the guys read this they will remember the times we spent together and the impact that was left when I would bring everyone home with me to Jamestown. May god bless you and follow all the dreams Bill had for everyone dear to him. Huey

At a time like this, we tend to remember the happy times and what a great man Bill was to me and my daughters. He was a great neighbor, an expert drink maker during cornhole, and an exceptional man without question. He was the life of the party and we will surely miss him in GBYF and at Charleston Place. Bill was one-of-a-kind and will never be forgotten.
