Obituary of Penny Lee Bernstein Lambert

Penny Lee Bernstein Lambert was 65 years old, born March 30th, 1947, in Newark, New Jersey. She lived in Philadelphia, Wyoming and Florida, before settling in Canal Fulton, Ohio with her husband, Tom Lambert ('47-'07), and was a member of Temple Israel (Canton, OH). She passed away early on Sunday, July 15th, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Grace Ellen Bernstein. She is survived by her son, Christopher JH Lambert, and by her siblings: Lory Greenbaum and her husband Allen, Lawrence Bernstein, and Mark Bernstein and his wife Sandra. Penny's family would like to thank all of her friends for their love and support throughout the last several weeks, and also for making Penny's life as happy and fulfilling as it was.
Penny's professional involvements allowed her to work with and meet many wonderful people the world over. As an associate professor at Kent State University Stark she taught biology and animal behavior for over 20 years, she was the coordinator of the Herbert W. Hoover Initiative, and she was a long-time member of and coordinator for the Animal Behavior Society and International Society of Anthrozoology.
She thought the show /My Name is Earl/ was wonderful.
