I am struck by the news of the loss of Penny that reaches me when I am out of the country. Penny and I used to have the office in the same corridor at Stark. Often she would have class late in the evening and I would be working at the end of the corridor knowing of her presence nearby. More than once she would stop by my office, rest a little and have a talk. I enjoyed her company in the silence of the building at that time of the day. Penny and I were small in stature and we would always joke about that. I will miss her deeply. My prayers are with her and with all of you. May the Lord comfort you in this moment of sorrow. My deepest condolences. Angela Guercio, Prof. of Computer Science at KSU-Stark
