Obituary of Wayne Allan Jarvis

Wayne A. Jarvis, 43, passed away unexpectedly on January 20th, at St. Thomas Medical Center in Akron. Born in Akron in 1963, Wayne had been an area resident for most of his life. He had been employed by the Baumgardner Burial Vault Company for over 10 years. Wayne was preceded in death by his father Leonard and sister Debbie Jarvis. He is survived by his wife Betty Jarvis; mother Shirley Stewart; step-daughter Lisa Ruff; brother and sister-in-law Brannon and Judith Stewart; step-grandchildren Cody, Cole, and Caylee Osborne, whom Wayne loved and cared for as his own; nephew Brannon Stewart Jr. and niece Kira Stewart. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 pm at the Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Funeral Home 95 W. Waterloo Rd. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
