Obituary of Susie Belle Derrick

Susie B. Derrick, age 91, passed away January 20, 2007. She was born in Morgan Co., Alabama and was a resident of Akron since 1954. She retired from Summit County Children's Services in 1970 after 20 years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband Alphus, daughter Linda Willey Dobbins, and son in law Wesley Dobbins and is survived by her children; Basel (Katherine), Garry, and Romilda (Vern) Hammond, brothers Maynard (Caroline) McCluskey and Raymond McCluskey, sisters Grace Davis and Mary (Irvin) Chumbly, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Calling hours will be Tuesday 5-7 p.m. at the Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Funeral Home 95 W. Waterloo Rd. where funeral services will be Wednesday 11 a.m. Interment Northlawn Memorial Park.
