Obituary of Richard Wagoner

Richard R. Wagoner, 67, passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2015. Born in Akron on September 14, 1947, Rick grew up in Coventry Twp. and was a graduate of Coventry High School. He lived in Las Vegas for over 35 years, where he was self-employed as a jeweler, before Moving to Cuyahoga Falls in 2000. Preceded in death by his father Richard E. Wagoner and his step-father Charles Kunkel, Rick is survived by his mother Leona 'Ruth' Kunkel of Silver Lake; sister Christy Wagoner of Silver Lake; aunt Irene Wagoner; cousins William, Pam, & Susan Wagoner & Terry Lee & Jackie Conley; He also leaves behind best friends Jim, Bill, and Tony, as well numerous other friends. A funeral will take place on Monday, 3 pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home MCGOWAN-REID & SANTOS CHAPEL, 247 Stow Ave. (at 3rd. St., one block north of Portage Trail in) Cuyahoga Falls.
