Obituary of Mary Ellen Mueller

Mary Ellen (Givler) Mueller went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Ludwig Givler, her beloved husband of 63 years, Leo Louis Mueller, her sister, Delores Lusby and her brother, Gerald Givler. She leaves her children Midge (Mark) Graham, Thomas Mueller, Michelle (Dennis) Knight, Stephanie (Rick) Guedras, and Lisa Mueller; her grandchildren, Mark II and Matthew Graham, Trevor and Joseph Mueller, Jennifer (Christopher) Fi ke, Christopher (Marie) Knight, Heather Knight, Jessica and Alex Guedras, and sister Grace (Willis "Wetz") Babak and her many nieces, nephews and friends. Mary Ellen was a member of St. Bernard Parish and the Akron Retired Fireman and Widows Association. She was awarded an Honorary Lifetime Membership to the Ohio PTA. She loved being surrounded by her friends and family. We will all miss her loving ways, her laughter, kindness, generosity and thoughtfulness toward everyone. The family is grateful to Dr. Debbie Plate, the loving staff of Pleasant View and Akron General Medical Center. The family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Funeral services will be held Saturday 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 44 University Avenue, Akron, OH 44308-1609.
