Obituary of Ronald F. Froble

-CUYAHOGA FALLS Ronald F. Froble, 73, passed away unexpectedly on November 17, 2014. Born in Martins Ferry, OH on September 2, 1941 to the late Stanley and Mary Froble, Ron had been a Cuyahoga Falls resident since 1979. He was a member of St. Eugene Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls. Ron served his country as a member of the US Army prior to the Vietnam War. He retired as a magistrate from the Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court and had worked as an Ohio State Trooper before becoming an attorney. Ron was a fitness enthusiast who enjoyed working out at the Natatorium almost daily, as well as hiking and kayaking. Ron had also been a private pilot and enjoyed flying. In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his brother Eugene and his nephew Ryan. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Julia; daughter and son-in-law Audrey and Frank Sandor; grandsons Andrew and Matthew Sandor; sister and brother-in-law Margie and Chris Donley. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 5-8 pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home MCGOWAN-REID & SANTOS CHAPEL, 247 Stow Ave. (at Third St., one block north of Portage Trail in) Cuyahoga Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Neil Crosby on Saturday, 10:00 am, at St. Eugene Catholic Church 1821 Munroe Falls Ave Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Ron's memory may be made to St. Eugene Catholic Church.
