Obituary of Kenneth Lee Dick

-CUYAHOGA FALLS Kenneth Lee Dick, 77, went home to be with our Lord on June 5th 2012. Ken was born in Delslow, WV. On May 20th.1935 to parents Robert Lee and Velda Dick. Ken Graduated from the University of Akron in 1953 as a Master Machinist. Ken then moved on and dedicated his life to Goodyear Tire and Rubber which he gave 53 years of loyalty and hard work. Ken was a life member of the USW Union local 2. During 1973-1980 Ken was the head coach for the Cuyahoga Falls Pee-Wee football team. He volunteered his time as a director for the Summit County Fair Board and led a 4-H group for over 15 years. Ken is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Velda Dick as well as his lovely wife of 36 years Mary Dorothy. Surviving Ken are his 5 loving children Krystyne (Tim), John (Kim), Joe (Angela), Cyndi (Joe), Jeff (Allison). Ken also left behind 11 grandchildren that he loved greatly and was very proud of. Ken has also left behind his loving companion and gift to the family Florence Clapper. Ken will be deeply missed by all. Pray for all of the family as they grieve for their loss. Funeral services will be held Saturday, at 12:00 pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home MCGOWAN-REID & SANTOS CHAPEL, at 3rd. St., one block north of Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls. The family will receive friends starting at 10::00 am up until the time of the service. Private inurnment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
