Obituary of Beverly H. Catalona

Beverly H. Catalona was called home by her Heavenly Father on November 16, 2013. She worked and raised three children and retired from Montgomery Ward. She was a member of Grace Family Bible Church, where she worshiped faithfully. She was known as a "Great Prayer Warrior". She was a wonderful mother to many, grandmother and great-grandmother, friend and confidant. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Brownlee and Georgia; husband, James; and son, Jimmy. She is survived by her son, Sammy; daughter, Vicki; grandchildren, Chantel, Nicole, Elizabeth and Gina Vanessa; great-grandchildren, Ava Helene, Tatum, Cade, Caitlin, and Shelby; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family extends their heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and final home care Beverly received from Hospice (AKA God's Angels), from her favorite nurse, Michael, to Grace Bible Church for their support, prayers and love, and to her spiritual son, Jerry Harpool.

Visitation

The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony and Son Funeral Home, 4178 Massillon Road in Green (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads, entrance off Steese Rd.) A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Jerry Harpool officiating. Internment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
