Obituary of Violet Ardelian

Our dear Aunt Violet was welcomed into Heaven by our Heavenly Father on May 14, 2012. She was greeted by her parents, Konstantin and Maria Ardelian; brothers, John, Nick and Richard; sisters, Agnes Schifano, Savetta Leigh and Anne Wexler; niece, Carole Anne; and nephew, Mark. Violet is survived by deeply treasured sister-in-law, Janice Nuspl; devoted nephews, Richard Ardelian, Edward Ardelian, Nick Ardelian, Jr., Daniel Ardelian, Vincent Schifano and Lawrence Leigh. Also, loving nieces, Constance Ardelian and Jeanne Leigh-Goldstein; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Violet was a graduate of Garfield High School. She worked as a legal secretary with an Akron law firm until retirement. She was a member of Business and Professional Women of Akron throughout her adult life. She loved music and "eating out" with family and friends. Her nieces and nephews fondly remember her as a generous, cheerful and consistently positive "favorite aunt." She will be missed immeasurably. The family is forever grateful to dear Cathy and Dan Ardelian for their constant help and love given to Aunt Violet.
