Obituary of Shirley A. Carson

Shirley A. Carson, 77, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012. She was born in Akron and was a wonderful homemaker, a loving mother and was very proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E.; and is survived by her sons, Robert L., Vincent and Scott (Sherry); daughters, Michele (Mark) Shover and Carol Speelman (James Thom); 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. Interment will immediately follow the service.
