Obituary of Diane Ebaugh

Diane passed into a better life and body on May 3, 2014. She fought a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis for more than 23 years. She is survived by her sister and best friend, Paula (Tom) Evert; son, John Edward Ebaugh; and daughter, Elizabeth (Chad) Stapp and their daughter Leah, nephew (Shannon) and family; two aunts and many cousins. Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Kathleen Gray, grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorials or flowers may be sent in memory of Diane in care of Anthony Funeral Home, 1990 S. Main St., Akron, Ohio 44301. Donations to the National MS Society, P.O. Box 4527, New York, NY 10163, would be greatly appreciated. We sincerely appreciate the care Diane received over the past eight years from the nurses, aides and staff at Altercare or Wadsworth Nursing Home. Upon your arrival into heaven, the Lord gave you a healthy body and you're able to eat regular food again! I know you are dancing, talking with parents, grandparents, loved ones and being reunited with the family cats and dogs that passed through the Golden Gates before you. Diane, I miss you, your smile, laugh and your love. You are in my heart forever. Helping take care of you made us closer but broke my heart to see what MS did to your body.
