Obituary of Chester H Olson

Chester H. Olson, 81, went to Heaven on November 7, 2010. He retired from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He is survived by his wife, Marlene; sister, Evelyn; daughters, Connie Cochran, Cindy Herkner, and Carol (Lester 'Steve') Badgett; son, Chuck (Audrey); eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor K. W. Lawrence on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the McGowan-Reid & Santos Funeral Home (at 3rd St., one block north of Portage Trail in the Falls). The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
