Obituary of Clara Estelle Watson
Clara Estelle Watson, 74, passed away Friday, June 6, 2014 at Richmond Medical Center in Richmond Heights, Ohio.
She was born in Greenville, Pennsylvania and lived there as a child. She grew up in Cuyahoga Falls. Clara was a Registered Nurse for University Hospital retiring in 2005 after over 30 years of service. She was a Cleveland Indians Fan and enjoyed gardening.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas E. and Estelle L. (Eastlake) Watson; and great-niece, Clare Elizabeth Alznauer. She is survived by her sisters and brother, Patricia (David) Given, Catherine (Michael) Alznauer, Mary Ellen Watson, Barbara (Edward) Hollar and Joseph (Sheila) Watson; 7 nieces and nephews; 15 great-nieces and nephews; many cousins; and special cousin, Sister Patricia Ann Thompson.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls. Fr. Jared Orndorff celebrant. Cremation to follow with interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens at a later date. The family will receive friends Monday, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave. (one block North of Portage Trail at 3rd St.) in Cuyahoga Falls.
