Obituary of Michael G. Biczo

-HUDSON Michael Biczo, 88, was reunited with his beloved wife Maria, on May 13, 2014. Born in Hungary on September 15, 1925, Mike came to the US in 1956 and has been a Hudson resident for over 40 years. He retired from Alside Corp. where he worked for over 30 years. He was a faithful member of St. Elizabeth Hungarian Catholic Church in Cleveland. Mike was also a member of the Hungarian-American Club. Mike was preceded in death by his wife Maria in 2002 and his brother Steve. He is survived by his daughters Marie (Jim) Broderick of Las Vegas & Kathy Whelan of Akron; grandchildren Kellie (Armando) Camacho, Scott (Dawn) Broderick, Michael Whelan, Martin (Lori) Whelan, & Gabriel (Nicole) Whelan; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters Mariska of Hungary & Katalin Botzem of Iowa. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, 11:00 am, at the Anthony Funeral Home KUCKO-ANTHONY-KERTESZ CHAPEL, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Hungarian Catholic Church 9016 Buckeye Rd, Cleveland, OH 44104.

Visitation

A funeral service will take place on Saturday, 11:00 am, at the Anthony Funeral Home KUCKO-ANTHONY-KERTESZ CHAPEL, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Hungarian Catholic Church 9016 Buckeye Rd, Cleveland, OH 44104.
