Obituary of Jennie Ostroski

Jennie Ostroski, 91, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at the VNS Hospice Care Center. Jennie was born April 19, 1921 in Cleveland and had been an Akron resident for most of her life. She was a member of the former St. Hedwig Catholic Church. Jennie is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, Zigmund; children Janet (Michael) Morris of Norton and Ronald (Sharon) Ostroski, DDS of Wooster; grandchildren Nancy (Angelo) Catalano and Thomas Ostroski; and sister Bernice Koscik of Norton. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 Pm at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron where the family will receive friends from 12:00 Pm (Noon) until the time of services. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
