Obituary of John 'Jack' Michael Lynaugh

John 'Jack' Michael Lynaugh, age 1 month, earned his angel wings Wednesday, March 5, 2014 surrounded by his family at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center after a difficult struggle with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). Jack is survived by his loving parents Kristie and Michael; grandparents Marsha & John Lynaugh, and Patricia & Robert Engler; great-grandma Emily Engler; Uncle Jamie (Beth) Engler, Aunt Laura (Tom) Heine; and cousins Sam, Dylan, Paige, Faith and Grace Heine, and Ava Engler. The family thanks Akron Children's Hospital and Cincinnati Children's Hospital for the compassionate and loving care they provided to Jack and his family. A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, March 15, at the Anthony Funeral Home, Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron, where family will receive family and friends for an hour prior. Burial will immediately follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
