There is a lot that can be said about Bill. We worked closely together for years and I respected him more than any other attorney I ever met. He brought me to Columbus and is the only reason I moved here. For a trial lawyer he had a rare combination of intelligence and common sense--one of his greatest attributes was an ability to cross questions off of his list. I also knew him as a professional who treated everybody fairly in the workplace. If you weren't up to his standards then you found yourself no longer working for him, but he never prevented you from continuing to work elsewhere in the office. I lost track of the Bill I used to know and then he was no longer available to me. My condolences to his family members at his loss; I only hope that you were able to spend some time with him in his later years.
