Obituary of Helen Sansburry
Helen Sansburry, 87, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 at her home.
Helen was born December 24, 1925 to John and Marie (Kovac) Hracky in Akron and had been an Akron resident her entire life. She was a graduate of Garfield High School and had been employed by Firestone, Herbrich-Hall and Harter Mortgage Loan and Title, Akron Towel, Malco and even worked in gift wrapping at M. O'Neil Co. She was a lifelong member of Concordia Lutheran Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Harry in 1990; brother, Louie Hracky and sister Mary Klipstein; and is survived by her sister, Anne Hracky; her loving daughters, Carol Ann (Ron) Ruman and Susan Lee (Steve) Hosey; grandchildren, Brian (Lisa), Stefanie and Jennifer Ruman and Keith (Brandi), Kurt (Aisley) and Russell (Erika) Hosey; great-grandchildren, Allison and Brandon Ruman and Paiton, Kelsey, Griffin, Kurt Jr., Brycen, Brinley, Parker and Preslee Hosey; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St., Akron and will be followed by an interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
