Obituary of John Kianos

John Kianos, 84, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013. He was born in Akron and was a television station technician at KWCH in Wichita, KS. He enjoyed the television and radio industry and was a tennis fan. John served his country as a member of the US Army. John was preceded in death by his parents, Sam & Olympia (Samaras) Kianos; brother, Bill N. Kianos and sister, Eufimia (Tina) Kianos. He is survived by two nephews & one niece. A committal of ashes will take place on Saturday, October 26, at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Cemetery 100 E. Waterloo Rd. in Akron. (Anthony Funeral Homes, AKRON, 330.724.1281, anthonyfh.com)
