Obituary of Patricia A. Corall
Pat passed away peacefully with her husband at her side Saturday, August 31st.
Pat met the love her life, Bob the paper boy, when she was 13 years old and they had been inseparable ever since. Pat would have been 78 years old on September 6th. Pat lived her whole life in Akron and was proud of the home she created. Her family was her top priority and her passion was creating beautiful needle work, which she was very proud of. Pat won several awards for her needle work and the art will be enjoyed by family for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester and Mary Lathchaw; and brother, Richard Latchaw. Pat will be greatly missed by her husband of almost 62 years, Bob Corall, two sons, Bob (Susan) Corall, and Joe (Teresa) Corall, five Grandchilden, Denise (Byron)Yeric, Daniel (Dawn) Corall, Christopher Corall, Jake Corall, and Carl Corall; and six great-grandchildren, Corall, Bethany and Benjamin Yeric, Andrew, Emma, and Claire Corall; brother, Edward Latchaw of South Carolina; numerous nieces and nephews; and special cousin, Elizabeth Ann Bennett.
Funeral service prayers will begin Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Akron. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
