Obituary of Warren James Anderson

Warren James Anderson, 74, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016. He was born in Akron and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving after World War II. He was a general construction contractor and later worked at Akron General Medical Center as a transporter to which he thoroughly enjoyed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Dorothy (Honn) Anderson; and son, Kevin Anderson. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Mrenko) Anderson; sons, Michael (Nona), Joseph (Barbara) and Keith (Crystal) Anderson; step-children, Eugene (Lindsey) Kwisnek and Rebecca (Dennis) Reynolds; grandchildren, Christopher Anderson and Emily Reynolds; step-grandchildren, Steven, Tyler, Levi, Liam and Lincoln Kwisnek; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Akron, Ohio 44301 where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Interment will be private at St. Mary Cemetery in Ravenna. (Anthony, Akron, 330-724-1281, www.anthonyfh.com)
