Obituary of Collin Daniel Schoch

Collin Daniel Schoch, 19, beloved son of Eric and Patty (Spak) Schoch died Saturday, October 1, 2016. Collin was born November 23, 1996 to Eric and Patty (Spak) Schoch in Akron and had been a Green resident his entire life and a 2015 graduate of Green High School. He was good at baseball having played on travel leagues and as a member of the Green High School Varsity Baseball team. He was a thoughtful and caring young man who loved his family and his dog, was loyal to his friends and had a great heart. He liked to hike, especially at the Gorge, and enjoyed cooking. Collin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Pauline Schoch and Dan and Edna Spak; uncle and godfather, Christopher Schoch and aunt Tanya Schoch. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblingsDustin (Lacey), Jarrad, and Marrissa Morrow and Ciarra (AJ) Johnson; niece, Ariana Morrow; aunts and uncles, Deborah (Ron Kirby) Schoch, Jackie Schoch, Peggi (Mike) DiNicola, Dana Mlotowski, Tina (Bob) Scofield, Danielle Spak, Therese Spak and Hope (Dr. Jeff) Eckman, and many cousins. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony and Son Funeral Home, 4178 Massillon Road (corner of Steese and Massillon Roads in Green, entrance of off Steese Rd.). A funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd., Uniontown OH 44685. Interment at East Liberty Cemetery.
