Obituary of Dora G. Radcliff (Wilkinson)

-CUYAHOGA FALLS Dora Grace (Wilkinson) Radcliff , 89, made her final move to Heaven where many family and friends were waiting for her on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. She was born October 25, 1926 in Scranton, PA to the late Bertram & Marguerite (McCright) Rathmell. She married Vernon Chester "Chet" Wilkinson who predeceased her. Surviving are daughters, Lynn (Art) Garrett and Barb (Henry) Scott and son Craig Wilkinson; two brothers Richard Rathmell and Glenn Rathmell; grandchildren Tracy (Allan) Shook, Kelly (Jimmy) Adkins, Jason (Stephanie) Garrett, Ashley Garrett, Megan (Trent) Lindsey, Michelle Fonte, Ben and Nick Wilkinson; "G-ma" to Madison and Emily who lit up her life along with 7 other great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons; David Wilkinson and William Wilkinson, one sister and one brother. She later married Joseph Radcliff and he predeceased her. She retired from Fallsview Psychiatric Hospital as the Business Manager. She loved her family first and foremost. She had much love to give to all people she met and was the best caregiver. The family wants to thank the nurses and aides at Stow-Glen Retirement Community who were special to the entire family along with the staff of Summa Health Hospice. She liked to play Bingo and other activities with the residents. She loved to read historical fiction, collect angels, and rides in Amish Country. She was a member of Tallmadge United Methodist Church. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, 3pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home MCGOWAN-REID & SANTOS CHAPEL 247 Stow Ave. (at Third St., one block north of Portage Trail) in Cuyahoga Falls, where the family will receive friends beginning at 1pm until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls. Donations in her memory can be made to Summa Health Hospice 1077 Gorge Blvd. Akron, OH 44310.
